Is there a free trial?+
Yes. The yearly Plus plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
Is co-owner sharing free?+
Yes. Sharing a pet with up to 10 people is free on every plan. Pets shared with you don’t count against the one-pet limit on the free plan.
Do I need Plus on every device?+
No. One subscription covers your account on iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac. Plus also supports Apple Family Sharing.
How do I cancel?+
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time from your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings; Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Are these the final prices?+
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The App Store or Google Play shows the exact price for your account before you confirm.
